Escape Convict Recovered

This morning, with some luck and an hour or so of search, Sedona was recovered after she made an escape from the backyard through a small opening in the metal fence/wall that seperates my yard from the neighbor's. This is a very rural area and she escaped into the neighbor's grazing/barnyard type area with cows and chickens. I drove up and down the irrigation ditches but to no avail. Then I ran into a lady who was walking her 3 dogs and mentioned that Sedona escaped. She hadn't seen Sedona so I kept moving. I drove out onto the main road near my house and circled around to get at the neighbors area using a different approach. As I drove down a very narrow alley, I saw the lady in the distance (1/4 mile or so) and she was waving. As I approached I could see that she had Sedona on a leash. I think Sedona was happy to see me but she was mostly distracted by the large black cow. We are happy to have her back and grateful that she was not lost or hurt. The hole in the fence has been completely repaired but I still think that she's a trouble-maker.

That toenail sounds like it is still really bothering her.

If the criminal hadn't been physically impaired, you may have never recovered her.
